- Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association authenticated by a public notary, together with Certificate of Registration
- Proof of source of income (for AML compliance)
- Board resolution/mandate authorizing the opening of account
- 2 passport size photographs of the authorized signatories
- Copy of national ID/passport of authorized signatories
- Copy of national ID/passport of board members;
- Proof of location – P.O Box Number or Physical Address
